At Sneakers Shop DZ, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new kicks aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place the sneakers back in their original box and ensure all tags and extra laces are included to maintain resale value.

• 3.
  Courier Collection

  We will arrange for our local delivery partner to collect the package from your address at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange pair within 48 hours.
